Welcome to a journey of personal growth and transformation. Together, we will navigate the path to self-discovery, reshaping perspectives, and embracing positive change. My approach is rooted in the belief that each individual possesses profound internal resources for self-understanding and the ability to transform their self-concepts, attitudes, and behaviors. Creating an environment prioritizing repair and healing, I am here to guide you on this transformative journey.
In our sessions, you can expect empathy and unconditional positive regard, regardless of the challenges you may be facing. We stand together, dedicated to facilitating meaningful change.
My professional journey has led me to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. These experiences have shaped my clinical specialties, encompassing LGBTQ+, BIPOC, HIV/AIDS, and other marginalized groups. I bring expertise in addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, phase-of-life concerns, and substance abuse.
With a commitment to holistic well-being, I draw on my academic background, which includes a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Butler University, a master’s in Counseling Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Howard University. Committed to ongoing growth, I receive regular supervision from a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Currently, I am a postdoctoral fellow working under the supervision of Dr. Antoine Crosby. Eager to support you on your path to healing and personal development, I encourage you to reach out via email for a collaborative journey toward positive change.
